Honey Cake grew out of Melbourne’s Jewish community, a place where generosity, tradition and everyday life meet. Built on the shoulders of those who came before, that heritage shapes its intention. Honey Cake invests in the conditions that keep culture, knowledge and community alive in everyday life, not preserved behind glass.

Honey Cake funds projects, but the projects themselves are not really the point. What matters is who carries the work forward: the people, the institutions, the relationships that pass it from one generation to the next.
